Midtown Green House – Sustainable Living in Atlanta

Have you heard about the Midtown Green House? Built by the Atlanta-based green-build firm The Hoots Group, the Midtown Green House is the 2010 Southern Building Show Showcase House, and is located on 9th Street. Guy Gunter is pleased to announce that we will be supplying the appliances for the house, and one of our kitchen partners, SCIC, will be supplying its recently released System 20 Universal TDW, a green series of cabinetry (an FSC-certified product line), in the home’s kitchen.

Local interior designer Joel Kelly will work his magic on the interiors of the house, which is EarthCraft, LEED and ENERGY STAR certified, and also meets the NAHB Green Building Standard.
